Buenos Aires, February 26 (NA) – The National Court of First Instance in Civil Matters No. 23 has issued an injunction ordering various media outlets to refrain from publishing information linked to the current or future home address of Ana Carolina Ardohain, publicly known as Pampita. According to the Argentine News Agency, the ruling orders América TV and other television and/or graphic media to “immediately and for a period of 20 days” refrain from any public manifestation, publication, and/or communication through any medium aimed at disclosing the model's address, either directly or through an intermediary. The measure covers any type of dissemination, both direct and through third parties, and states that the media involved must maintain the proper confidentiality of this personal data. The order was issued in the case file “Ardohain, Ana Carolina s/ precautionary measures”, which is being handled by the aforementioned court. The judicial ruling aims to safeguard the privacy and security of the host during the period set by the court, in a context of high media exposure. To date, Pampita has not made any public statements regarding this judicial decision, while the order to disclose information related to her address remains in effect.
